How long will my sponsorship last? The duration of your support can vary a great deal, although three years is usually the minimum. There is no minimum or maximum time period for child sponsorship, you can choose to sponsor a child up until they are 18 if you wish no set minimum or maximum time if you withdraw your support Plan UK will find another sponsor for the child.
Can I correspond with my sponsored child? You are welcome to send messages to the child you are sponsoring. All letters are translated by the World Vision office – to your sponsored child, and vice versa. You are welcome to send messages to the child you are sponsoring.
What will i receive ?

drawings and messages from the child you sponsor , regular updates direct from the community where the child you sponsor lives

 annual progress report from your sponsored child's ADP, an updated photo for you to keep, and – if they can write – a letter from your sponsored child Every year, you will receive at least one note, letter or drawing.
